Rick Standley is a licensed REALTOR® who specializes in residential and investment properties as well as new construction and subdivision developments. As an Erie native and longtime resident of Harborcreek/Lawrence Park, Rick has a great familiarity and interest in east Erie communities. In addition to his professional real estate career, Rick has an extensive background in business and manufacturing. He graduated from the General Electric Apprenticeship program at Gannon University and went on to work as an industrial engineer and supervisor for a number of years. Rick also spent 20 years as the owner and manager of a machine shop.

Rick’s experience as a small business entrepreneur gave him the confidence to shift his career focus to real estate. This same experience has also played a significant role in his success as an accomplished agent.
