Terry has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. She enjoys helping people find the perfect home or sell their current one. She joined the Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services Team after having spoken to Marsha herself. She realized Marsha, and later four family members also in the business, possessed the one characteristic she values above all - integrity. To always "do the right thing” and "to put others first" were concepts she was used to.

Prior to real estate, for 18+ years, Terry worked for a local custom builder designing everything from kitchens and bathrooms to full living spaces, major additions and even wine cellars. Having a love for homes and architecture is what led her to the world of real estate. It was a natural progression and something she always entertained doing once her children were grown. Her career as a REALTOR®, lends itself as a natural extension from her previous career in architectural design. Her unique ability to identify quality construction, good design and a practical layout is a huge benefit to any real estate client.

In addition to her extensive experience, Terry is very personable, detail oriented, patient and always has a positive outlook. She is a good listener and offers a calming effect even in a stressful situation such as purchasing or selling a home. Terry has very high ethical standards and is driven to always "do the right thing" for her clients.

Terry is native to Erie, living in Summit Township most of her life. She is the proud mother of one son Weston, who lives in Knoxville, TN and one daughter Leanne, who lives in Orlando, FL. She presently lives in Summit with her fiancé, Mark. When not helping others in the world of real estate she can be found helping people in need of food at the Summit Community Food Pantry - where she is currently serving as the Director. A few of her favorite activities are, spending time with her family, traveling, hiking in State & National Parks, reading, and learning to speak Spanish.
