Nanci Lorei is a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker who also carries the prestigious GRI designation. With over 38 years as a real estate professional, Nanci has extensive training and experience in all facets of the industry as well as specific training in real estate law, buyer and seller representation, finance, negotiation, new construction and investment properties.
Nanci prides herself on timely communication and understands how this basic, yet important

She provides honest, high quality service with a focus on the details of her customers’ needs and goals to develop winning strategies that will deliver results. Knowing that buying or selling a home can be extremely stressful, Nanci considers herself a good resource for solving problems, finding solutions and smoothing the way to a successful closing. As a native of Millcreek, she focuses on Millcreek and surrounding areas and stays up to date with all Erie County property.
While some real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales—identifying clients, closing a deal then moving on to the next one, Nanci chooses not to work that way. She believes that her clients deserve more from the professional they decide to work with. That is why she works by largely by referral. Since her primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust her, she doesn't have to spend precious time prospecting and promoting herself. Instead she can dedicate herself fully to the activities that benefit her clients the most and always deliver truly exceptional service.
Nanci and her husband Pat have a son, Brian, who lives in Chicago. She is actively involved in her church and Erie Together. She serves on the boards of Preservation Erie and the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority and recently completed the education to become an Erie Ambassador. When she has free time, she enjoys gardening, photography and painting landscapes.
