Lorraine Fox REALTOR®
Lorraine Fox truly enjoys working with people so when her last child entered middle school, she decided it was time to pursue a career in something she enjoys – real estate. After attending the Alan Kells School of Real Estate, Lorraine became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004. She has carved a niche for herself in the residential and commercial real estate markets and she has become proficient in investment properties.
As a native of Waterford and now a resident of Erie, Lorraine is highly knowledgeable of the area and is comfortable working with clients in outlying communities or within city limits. She is very personable and detailed oriented and always provides prompt, courteous service. Lorraine strives to represent her clients’ best interests at all times.
As a full time agent, she works tirelessly to get to know her clients while gaining a solid understanding of their desired real estate goals. Lorraine values the friendships that often ensue following a seamless real estate transaction. Her desire to serve her clients is also apparent as she assists sellers in making their homes ready in today’s market.
Lorraine is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR). Her outstanding achievements have also earned her the distinction as a million dollar producer.
Lorraine has three grown children and she attends the FAC (First Alliance Church). With a strong faith and belief in family values, Lorraine is a welcomed addition to Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services.
“This is a good fit for me and I am looking forward to meeting with and helping new clients. I truly enjoy getting to know people and often develop long lasting friendships. The end result is the satisfaction of knowing that my knowledge and expertise helped to make the real estate process not only successful but also less stressful for all those involved.”
