Joe is a lifelong resident of Erie celebrating 6 years with Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services in 2016. He has a thorough understanding and appreciation of the local marketplace. He is a graduate of McDowell High School and holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from Mercyhurst College.

Francis & Co., a successful home décor retail business for fifteen years that specialized in interior design and home staging.
