Judy Wheaton REALTOR®
Judy recently gained her REALTOR® license and is working diligently to meet new clients and to build long lasting relationships. She is a hard worker with a strong dedication to helping others.
Judy gained a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in education and criminology/criminal justice. Prior to joining the real estate ranks, Judy had a distinguished career as a school administrator.
With her extensive background and experience in education, Judy understands the influence that a good school district can have on a real estate purchase or sale. As a REALTOR®, Judy encourages anyone looking for a home to do their due diligence and research local school districts. Finding a home within a good school district is an important consideration and should be included in the decision making process along with price, amenities, neighborhood, square footage, new, old, etc.
In addition to her administration experience, Judy served on the Millcreek School Board for eight years including two years as president.
Judy is very community minded and steadfast in her ambition to work with others to support, build and grow our community. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Erie and volunteers with the Bayfront Maritime Museum and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Judy is an experienced house flipper and a talented home decorator. Her keen and experienced eye proves to be a great motivator for clients who may not see past the brick and mortar.
Judy and her husband live in Erie where they raised their two sons. Today, they are both proud to have one son in the Army and the other soon to graduate from RIT.
