As a native of the Erie/Edinboro area, Amy returned home with her family after spending 10 years in Nashville, Tennessee. She is excited to be working as a new sales agent for Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services.  “I’m back in Northwest PA after my husband was recruited as the new executive director for Erie City Mission.”

Amy is a marketing/communications/PR professional with a BA degree in Communications from Edinboro University and a graduate of General McLane HS. She is a multi-faceted creative innovator with an eclectic background spanning a variety of industries: music/entertainment, songwriting/publishing, academia, banking, mortgage/investment and nonprofits.

Amy is also an award-winning singer/songwriter, but has a passion for business and real estate. While living in Tennessee, three Realtor/Broker friends urged her to transfer her marketing skills to real estate by coming to work for their agencies. “With all the new people gravitating to Music City USA, real estate in Nashville is blowing up!” So she got her TN real estate license.

Soon after arriving here in early 2016, she obtained her PA real estate license and now applies her marketing skills to help clients in the Erie area. With an interesting combination of professional and artistic experience—both a creative and a "suit"—Amy brings an original approach to marketing homes and finding just the right neighborhood for clients.

As a professional, wife of 28 years and mother of three almost-grown children, Amy is a strong facilitator and enjoys linking people with others who share common interests and passions. She is a lover of coffee, great music, deep conversations, good friends, meeting new people, travel and five-mile walks.

Most importantly, she is committed to establishing trusted client relationships and valued new referrals over the long-term. She will work hard until the “sold” sign is in the yard and seek the “perfect fit” for clients to tell beautiful stories on the walls of their next home.

We will call this place our home, the dirt in which our roots may grow. Though the storms will push and pull, we will call this place our home. We’ll tell our stories on these walls, every year measure how tall. And just like a work of art, we’ll tell our stories on these walls. Let the years, we’re here be kind, be kind. Let our hearts like doors open wide, open wide. Settle our bones like wood over time, over time. Give us bread, give us salt, give us [life]. ~ North, Sleeping At Last
