About Amy Westbrook/WestbrookWIN!!
As a native of the Erie/Edinboro area, Amy returned home with her family after spending 11 years in Nashville, Tennessee where her real estate career began. After her return to NW PA in 2016, she has become a multi-million dollar producer with Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services. “I’m back in Northwest PA where my husband was recruited to serve as the CEO for Erie City Mission.”
Amy is a marketing/communications/PR professional with a BA degree in Communications from Edinboro University and a graduate of General McLane HS. She is a multi-faceted creative innovator with an eclectic background spanning a variety of industries: music/entertainment, songwriting/publishing, academia, banking, mortgage/investment and nonprofits.
“Working in a large real estate market like Music City USA has given me the experience to provide a creative and broad approach to buying and selling here in Erie and Crawford Counties.”
Amy uses her skills as marketer/brander to help clients using an innovative approach to marketing homes and finding just the right neighborhoods for each of them.
As a professional, wife and mother of three young adults, Amy is a strong facilitator and enjoys linking people with others who share common interests and passions. She is a lover of coffee, great music, deep conversations, good friends, meeting new people, travel and five-mile walks.
Most importantly, she is committed to establishing trusted client relationships and valued new referrals over the long-term. She will work hard until the “sold” sign is in the yard and seek the “perfect fit” for clients to tell beautiful stories on the walls of their next home.
“We will call this place our home, the dirt in which our roots may grow. Though the storms will push and pull, we will call this place our home. We’ll tell our stories on these walls, every year measure how tall. And just like a work of art, we’ll tell our stories on these walls. Let the years, we’re here be kind, be kind. Let our hearts like doors open wide, open wide. Settle our bones like wood over time, over time. Give us bread, give us salt, give us [life].” ~ North, Sleeping At Last
