Q. How much is the application fee?
A. $20 per person over 18

Q. Do your rentals allow pets?
​A. We have some rentals that will allow pets, but it depends on the property owner. A non-refundable pet deposit is required. 

Q. Do you pull a credit report?
A. Yes, we always pull a credit report

Q. How long is a normal lease term?
A. Typically a lease term is 1 year, but may be negotiated if both parties desire. 

Q. What is the normal security deposit?
A. A normal security deposit is equal to one month's rent

Q. What happens if I'm late on rent?
A. We understand that emergencies happen, but if you do not notify us or if it becomes a habit, there are late fees in place. 

Q. What utilities do I have to pay? 
A. Typically with the properties we manage, the tenant pays all utilities. 

Q. What kind of properties do you offer?
A. We have all kinds of properties, from single family homes to apartments to condos.

Q. What happens when my lease is coming up for expiration?
A. You must give us in written form whether you are going to move or sign another lease 30 days before the expiration of your current lease.
