In the past week, I've had the privilege to hear news from a couple of experts on real estate in Erie and Pittsburgh, and there are some highlights that might be missed if we paid attention to sales only.
In Erie, Joe Herbert, a Realtor with Marsha Marsh Real Estate, presented the state of Erie real estate in his annual presentation to the Rotary Club of Erie. Herbert, who was formerly with Coldwell Banker Select Realtors, has been in commercial and residential real estate sales for more than 15 years.
