Through our partnership with The County of Erie, the Erie VA Medical Center’s Homeless Veterans Program, and with funding from a “Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing for Underserved Populations” award, My Father’s House of Erie embarks on the “Grace House Project,” to meet the transitional housing needs of this unique population.
