Levi has been a successful real estate agent since the age of 20. Just out of high school Levi did not want to attend college but he was a hard worker at UPS starting each morning at 4:30 am..most days! Hard work comes easy for Levi and he has been a Multi Million Dollar agent for the past 7 years. Levi is very passionate about his real estate career and you can find him working late at night for his clients to make the deal go through. Levi is a very sharp negotiator and you don't want to be on the other side of a transaction if he is negotiating for his buyer or seller. Laban graduated from McDowell in 1997 and then graduated from University of Connecticut where he ran track and played football. Having been highly successful in the area of academics and sports Laban already knew how to manage his time to get things done. As a student athlete he had to manage his time and is using that practice in the real estate market. Laban always wanted to own his own business, having been Vice President of Sales for a highly successful roofing business in Connecticut. Returning to Erie in 2003 Laban joined his mother and brother in the real estate business forming "The Marsh Team". In 2007 after having worked for several companies Laban was able to secure his brokers license and "Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services" was born. We are grateful to Laban for his hours of work on our new building and in the successful beginning in 2008 of our company. Laban is married to his college sweetheart Megan who is also a Loan officer here in Erie at Select Mortgage, having graduated from Univ. of Conn also and obtaining a degree in accounting. Greg is our multi task guy. If we need a sign placed or taken down...Greg is there. If we need the appointment made...Greg is there. On Fridays you will see Greg in his truck with granddaughter Alexis Grace placing signs and getting things done. It is Grandpa Friday and Alexis loves to go with Papa in his truck. If you have lived in Erie for a while, you probably have seen Jake in the newspaper for his outstanding McDowell High School Basketball career. Jake is a graduate from Allegheny College with a major in History and a minor in Elementary Education. He currently teaches in the Erie School District. He also has a Masters Degree from Edinboro University in School Administration. Jake comes from a loving, wonderful, and supportive family and has been married to Nikki for 7 years and they have two adorable children - Camden 2 and Maddie 8 months. Jake received his real estate license in June of 2008 and has already surpassed his goals in sales! Shelly went to Tri-State Business Institute and received an Associates Degree in Administrative Assistance. Befor graduating she did a six week internship with Marsha and upon completion, was hired as Office Administrator. Shelly drives the "Marsha Marsh Mobile". Shelly lives in Corry with her husband Mark and two daughters Kayla, 17 and Shaina, 14. She also has a daughter Erin, who lives in Union City with her husband and 3 daughters Laine, Haylee, and Martha.
I am an Administrative Assistant for Marsha Marsh. I am the listing specialist and client care manager who coordinates implementation of our client’s marketing plans. I deliver all of the information gathered from our clients to our multiple listing service and coordinate the design for all listing books.
Andrea lives in Summit with her husband Felix and her 14 year old triplet daughters Lauren, Rachel and Lindsay. She also has an older daughter Danielle Ziner who lives with her husband David and 5 year old grandson Jacob. Andrea recently joined Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services after working for Erie Insurance for over 18 years in information technology working for ERIE’s information security department and in previous years for the chairman’s office under the direction of William F. Hirt and Thomas B. Hagen.
Andrea’s husband Felix has worked for Erie Insurance for over 26 years. He is currently managing the Policy Administration Program in Information Technology. Andrea and Felix are very involved in the Erie community. Andrea teaches 6th grade religious education for All Saints Parish. Both Andrea and Felix are co-presidents for the Fort LeBoeuf girls basketball booster program. Felix coaches his triplet daughters in club soccer and the Clay basketball league as well. They are members of the PTO at Fort LeBoeuf Middle School and actively support the United Way Program in Erie.
As Brand Manager for Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services, Jenny coordinates and orchestrates marketing and advertising materials for the brokerage.Jenny graduated from Ohio University with a BFA in Graphic Design and has worked with many Brand Identities such as Red Roof, The Ohio State University Medical Center and Cardinal Health. She also owns and operates her own creative design service company – Presque Isle Designs.Jenny recently relocated from Columbus, Ohio with her husband Jim, and their daughter Breanna. Jenny’s family is originally from Erie and being surrounded by family and friends makes them feel right at home.
